At Washo's Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
