Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection before being packed in our heavy-duty transit boxes.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes are 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy on cycling apparel and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts must have the original tags and liners intact.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we offer virtual sizing consultations to help you choose the right frame size. If you are local to our service center, you can book an in-person professional fitting session.
Are Washo's bikes covered by a warranty?
Every bike purchased from us comes with a lifetime frame warranty and a 1-year warranty on all original components against manufacturing defects.
